  • The bot uses your profile info to check out.

What is the pickup radius for Bestbuy tasks?

  • Our Bestbuy module uses the closest store to your zip code within a 50-mile radius to check out.

Is there a way to use multiple SKUs in the task creation?

  • At the moment, we do not support multi-sku monitoring.

Can I run the same account in another bot or go manual with that account?

  • We recommend not doing that because it can cause Bestbuy to loop your accounts and make it unable to pass queue.

Why do I keep getting Payment Declined when I have enough money on my card?

  • This can be because of 3ds. Login manually to the account and check out from there.

Can I run Bestbuy tasks 24/7?

  • Yes, you can run them 24/7.

Can I run multiple SKUs per account?

  • Yes.

Can I run the same SKU multiple times on an account?

  • Yes.

Why do I keep getting Waiting to ATC looped on my Bestbuy task?

  • Bestbuy has been looping accounts on the add the cart stage for various reasons, which are still unknown at the moment and can even be random. Some things you can do to avoid looping are not running the account in another bot or going manually with it and not using the same proxy in another bot. If this doesn't work, there is not much else we can do, it's a site issue.
